Shipping Methods

We ship worldwide by STANDARD REGISTERED mail that provides tracking number but does NOT INCLUDE INSURANCE in case of loss of package or postal errors.  Please note that signature is required upon delivery.
We cannot be responsible for loss of packages or errors due to postal service, if you want to INSURANCE your shipment the option is available at checkout and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
EXPRESS delivery service is also available at check out.

FRANCE: We ship by STANDARD TRACKED mail from the french post service La Poste, which is a NON REGISTERED letter that provides tracking number but does NOT INCLUDE INSURANCE in case of loss of package.
COLISSIMO or CHRONOPOST services that provide tracking number and insurance for lost packages are available at check out, please note that signature is required for both.

France : 3-5 business days
Europe: 5-15 business days
North America: 5-15 business days
Australia, New Zealand, Oceania, Asia, South America: 7-15 business days

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Our jewelry comes nicely packed in an ECO-friendly packaging to ensure its safety shipped and ready to be given as a gift.

Our plastic free jewelry boxes use FSC®-certified natural cardboard and water-based glue. The FSC® mark also guarantees that all materials come from an FSC® forest, where no more wood is cut down than the forest can reproduce. In order to take care of our environment orders with multiple items will be packed together in a single box to reduce waste.

However, if for any reason you prefer to receive each item packed in a box separately please, simply let me know.

Please note

All our jewelry is made to order, please check the time of fabrication to know the estimated date of shipment and the expected delivery date at your order from your purchases and reviews section. 

If you order has been shipped please, find tracking information and order details from your shipping notification sent to your email address.

We use the French postal service "La Poste" to ship orders so you can also use the number to track your letter at laposte.fr.

Please contact us in case your order is not with you by the end of the deadline set for delivery. Usually the most of packages arrive on time and safe but we cannot be responsible for postal delay.

Nevertheless, your order is not with you by the end of the deadline set for delivery please contact us, we will be pleased to help you through the post service claim.

Returns

We gladly accept returns and exchanges, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items: custom or personalized orders.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges

I gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery. If you wish to exchange your item, send us an email at info@ag-jc.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Quality guarantee

Our designs are ethically handmade, taking care of all details to offer you a timeless piece of jewelry made to last.

We want you to be 100% happy with your AgJc jewelry so if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us and we will provide you with an exchange, refund or send you a replacement piece in case of faulty product.

All our jewelry is made by sterling silver, solid gold or gold fill over sterling silver (5 micrometers of gold) which all of them are NICKEL free precious metals.

The Silver's dark appearance is due to an oxidation process which is protected with an special wax but even with this treatment over time this finish shows the light and shadows of a patina.
