Shipping Methods

We offer FREE STANDARD shipping worldwide by priority tracked mail, which is a non registered letter that provides tracking number. It does NOT include insurance and signature is not required.  

 

FRANCE  

COLISSIMO or CHRONOPOST services that provides tracking number and insurance for lost packages are available at check out, please note that signature is required for both.  

 

REST OF THE WORLD  

REGISTERED MAIL or EXPRESS DELIVERY options are available at checkout. Both shipping services provides tracking number and insurance for lost packages. Please note that signature is required.

Europe: 7-15 business days

North America: 7-20 business days

Australia, New Zealand, Oceania, Asia, South America: 7-20 business days

Please contact us if you need an EXPRESS 24-48 hs shipment.

All orders are carefully packed in a bubble wrap to ensure their safety shippment and every item comes with the original packaging, ready to be given as a present.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Please note

If your item doesn't arrived 15 days after you have been received the shipping notification please contact as soon as possible your nearest post service. 

Usually the most of packages arrive on time and safe but we cannot be responsible for postal delay. Nevertheless we will be pleased to help you through the post service claim. 

Remember that our shipments provides insurance so a remplacement order will be sent to you as soon as we have the response from the post service confirming the lost of package.

 

Returns

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items: custom or personalized orders.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

I gladly accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item, send us an email at info@ag-jc.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
