Returns and Exchanges :

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days.

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal and return an item, please complete our Withdrawal Request Form within 14 days of receiving your order.

If more than 14 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. When sending an item back, you should consider using a tracked shipping service with signature confirmation or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that your returned item will reach us.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unworn, complete, intact, and in the same condition as when received in its original packaging. If the returned item is not in its original condition, any loss in value will be the responsibility of the buyer.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.

Items not eligible for return or exchange: personalized or custom orders.

Refunds :

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Order Cancellation Policy :

As our jewelry is handmade to order, please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. Once production has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.
