Shipping policy

FRANCE
Standard shipping is carried out via COLISSIMO. This service includes a tracking number. Delivery is made to the mailbox, without signature. An option COLISSIMO WITH SIGNATURE is available at checkout. Please note that a signature will then be required upon delivery.

EUROPE & REST OF THE WORLD : Shipments are carried out via La Poste, COLISSIMO INTERNATIONAL WITH SIGNATURE. This service includes tracking, and a signature is required upon delivery.

Tracking information and order details are available in your order history or via the shipping confirmation email. If delivery has not taken place by the date indicated on the order confirmation, please contact us so that we may assist you.

France : 3-8 business days
Europe: 5-10 business days
North America: 5-15 business days
Australia, New Zealand, Oceania, Asia, South America: 7-15 business days

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
